1. By entering this prize draw you agree to the below terms and conditions.
2. This free prize draw is open to UK teachers and school staff members only aged 18 or over except for employees and their immediate families of BIC UK and Ireland, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Those entering must be a teacher or staff member at a school, early learning centre, pre-school, nursery or day-care centre.
4. Entry is by registering on the BIC National Autistic Society website www.BICkidsschoolclub.com/nas.htmlby the closing date of 31st December 2010.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Only one entry per person. The entry will be included in the next available draw but not carried forward into any remaining draws. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
7. Each draw will close on the last calendar date of each month March - December inclusive. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email within one week of each closing date. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
8. There is one prize per month consisting of £150 worth of colouring products to win. Each prize consists of 1 x Evolution Triangle Colouring Pencils - Classpack of 144, 1 x Kid Couluer Felt Pens - Classpack of 144, 1 x Kid Coluluer XL Felt Pens - Classpack of 96, 1 x Plastidecor Triangle Crayons - Classpack of 144
9. No cash or alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
10. Details of the winners will be available by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to BIC Kids NAS Promotion - Winners, Marketing Department, BIC UK & Ireland Ltd, Chaplin House, Widewater Place, Moorhall Road, Harefield, Middlesex, UB9 6NS for a period of three months from the closing date of the last draw.
11. The decisions of the Promoter regarding all promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Any personal data submitted will used strictly by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this offer and will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without prior permission
